When will I receive my order?<\/b><\/p>\n

We take 2-7 business days to process your order + selected shipping method on top of that.<\/p>\n

I have a problem with my order \u2013 what do I do?<\/b><\/p>\n

Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 30 days after receiving the order. Please send it to support@printful.com.<\/p>\n

Please note that there's no need to return damaged products \u2013 send us a few photos.<\/p>\n

Do you accept returns?<\/b><\/p>\n

We do not accept returns. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to ensure you order the correct size.<\/p>\n

If the received product is damaged \u2013 \u00a0send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within four weeks after receiving the order. Please send it to support@printful.com.<\/p>\n

Can I cancel my order?<\/b>\u00a0\/\u00a0Can I make changes to the order?<\/b><\/p>\n

All orders are final \u2013 we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please get in touch with support@printful.com\u00a0ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.<\/p>\n

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?<\/b><\/p>\n

Shipments outside the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The cost may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end recipient is responsible for these fees.<\/p>\n

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally \u2013 this will minimize the risk of the order being lost in transit and make the order's delivery smoother.<\/p>\n

It's past the estimated delivery date, and I haven't received my order yet.<\/b><\/p>\n

Please check in with your local post office \u2013 in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. However, if you cannot identify your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address \u2013 we'll help.<\/p>\n

Make sure you report the problem within four weeks after the estimated delivery time \u2013 If reported outside of the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.<\/p>\n

Order is marked as delivered \u2013 but not there.<\/b><\/p>\n

In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient has yet to receive it \u2013 we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.<\/p>\n

Product disclaimers:<\/b><\/p>\n

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odour you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.<\/p>\n

You may notice some discolouration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.<\/p>\n

If you receive a product with a stain \u2013 please wash it before reporting a problem.<\/p>\n
